Welcome to IGF.live. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use IGF.live.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. One account per person. A valid email address is required for verification.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes. Do not share your login credentials with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Conduct

When using IGF.live, you agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in league chat or any platform feature
• Manipulate draft systems through collusion, automated bots, or multi-accounting
• Impersonate other users or public figures
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

League commissioners may set league rules, remove members, and manage drafts within their league. IGF.live site administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. The Platform

IGF.live is a free fantasy sports platform for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered through the platform. Leaderboard earnings and scores are for fun and bragging rights, not actual currency. We reserve the right to modify scoring rules, add or remove features, or change the platform with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

IGF.live owns the platform, scoring algorithms, and design. Users retain ownership of their chat content. By posting content, you grant IGF.live a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the platform. Professional golfer statistics are sourced from DataGolf under their API terms. PGA Tour, Masters Tournament, and other event names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided as-is and as-available without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IGF.live is not liable for downtime, data loss, or missed draft picks due to technical issues, though we work hard to prevent them.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IGF.live be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($0, since IGF.live is free).

8. Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your Settings page or by using our contact form. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of IGF.live will be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
